Ciara is covering September's issue of Shape magazine and in the interview she spoke about the beauty of motherhood and the work she put into shedding 60 pounds of baby weight that came with it. She says her 9-pound 10-ounce baby boy gave her “a whole new level of confidence.” and once her doctor gave her the OK to work out again after the birth, she started training 5-6 days a week & the end result was a total loss of 60 pounds in 4 months….you go giiiirl!
