In addition to being the host of the 107.3 JAMZ evening show from 7pm until midnight, Sheba Foxx is also the News & PSA Director for our stations. That means she pulls double (triple?) duty by anchoring the Tom Joyner Morning Show each weekday, reporting the news, handing all our Public Service Announcements and fielding all our community requests!

It’s a huge job, but Sheba said, “It is an honor to accept this responsibility, to be the one to amplify the voice of our African-American community. Our platform provides me the ability to address serious issues and share great accomplishments with my listeners.”

About Sheba

Sheba Foxx is fun, laid back and no stranger to the Upstate. Born and raised in Anderson, SC, she loves encouraging, inspiring and empowering everyone she comes in contact with.  She’s a huge believer in solving problems, instead of complaining about them. She is the mother of 1, a daughter named Amethyst. When Amethyst was barely 2 years old, they lost almost everything. Since there was nothing else to lose, Sheba decided to follow her dreams. She enrolled in the Television and Broadcasting program at Tri-County Technical College, and began working with 107.3 JAMZ shortly after that and has been with the station since 2007. A jack of all trades, and never afraid to try new things, Sheba has turned a few of her hobbies into her very own business. She loves spicy foods, lilies, diamonds, gold, gemstones, sports cars, fishing, hunting, going to the range, gardening and pretty much anything outdoors.  She also loves traveling, learning new things and helping others learn how to obtain their own and be more self-sufficient and self-reliant. She loves a good spades game and of course she can hit you with some real sarcasm because she is a true Aquarius.
