Debra Ham is the Director of Human Resources for Greenville County. Prior to joining the County of Greenville, Mrs. Ham served in positions of increasing responsibility with KEMET Electronics for over thirty years, ultimately assuming the role of Global Director of Compensation and Benefits. She has been awarded two prestigious awards from the Greenville Society for Human Resources (GSHRM): The Human Resources Professional of the Year Award in 2014 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. She is actively involved in the Greenville community with United Way, the American Cancer Society; professionally a member of GSHRM, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated. Debra exemplifies excellence and is a 1073 JAMZ Black History Maker!
